These Terms and Conditions outline the basis on which you may access and use the Ludere Studio website and book our services or studio spaces. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. About Ludere Studio

Ludere Studio is a luxury photography and videography studio based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We offer a range of portrait, lifestyle, automotive and commercial photography services, as well as professional studio hire.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received. We request a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all automotive and portrait photography sessions. For shorter notice, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in charges.

3. Studio Hire

Both our Portrait and Commercial Studios are available for private and commercial hire. Studio hire clients will be provided with a hire agreement outlining usage, timings and terms. Overtime or damage to the studio may incur additional charges. The studio must be left clean and as found.

4. Use of Our Website

All content on this website, including text, imagery and branding, is owned by Ludere Studio Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission. The website is intended for informational and booking purposes only.

5. Photography Services and Image Usage

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Ludere Studio reserves the right to use selected images for our portfolio, website or promotional materials. Any usage exclusions can be agreed prior to your session.

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Late Arrivals and Conduct

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session depending on the schedule. We reserve the right to end a session early or refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or misuse of the studio.

8. Liability

We take every care to provide a safe and professional environment. However, Ludere Studio is not responsible for loss, damage or injury sustained during your visit, unless caused by proven negligence.

9. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your data without consent.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
